The Chicken with Broccoli was tasty but serving size for lunch special was pretty small. Egg Roll (2 Pcs) (Shrimp and Beef) were good.
The best Chinese food delivery we’ve had! The Hot and Sour Soup was tasty, though not very spicy. The Singapore Noodles came in a large portion and were delicious with the roast pork! The General Tso Chicken was good, but once again, it lacked spiciness. My husband rated the Moo Goo Gai Pan an impressive 8 out of 10!
Best Chinese in Frederick. The Crispy Shredded Beef is amazing and the Chinese Style Dumplings were massive and amazing . Wonton Soup was comforting and Chicken Fried Rice was good with ample portions. Cant say enough good things about this place
The duck was fantastic, but the fried rice was a bit dry. It had great flavor and was filled with plenty of good-sized shrimp, but it didn't quite meet my preference for a moist blend of rice and other ingredients, which is why I'm giving it four stars. I’ll give them another chance; it might have just been an off night for the staff. Who knows?
I order from Modern Asia once a week, and they consistently do an excellent job. My orders are always prepared on time, accurate, and delicious. My favorites include the General Tso's chicken, chicken lo mein, and the Panang curry, which has a wonderfully rich sauce. I would rate them A+ for both flavor and value.
