What User doesn't like about Los Arcos:
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the restaurant is not good. The service was especially disappointing. When we went, we were not treated with the care typically expected at traditional Mexican restaurants. Additionally, we were charged for a dish we did not even order simply because we requested one taco on Father's Day. I went to lunch last Friday and noticed they had installed new fans and lights so that you could easily read the menu. I ordered the gladstone lunch, which included two chicken fajita tacos on flour tortillas with pico de gallo, sour cream, and guacamole on the side. I cleaned my plate!
