Always come to this location instead of Prospect Blvd because the pizza is really just better (pizza crust and toppings specifically); however, over the last couple times last month the pizza crust has changed to being very thick and not flaky(grew up in late 50s early 60s on Ledo pizza) not sure I like this change just not the same taste but will give it a fewmore tries. Staff is always friendly and very attentive.
We ordered several pizzas, wings, and more for a large group. The order was ready right at the promised time. The staff were friendly and attentive. Fantastic service overall.
I usually order carryout from Ledo Pizza and we love their pizza. The precooked bacon is fantastic—they pile it on generously. The pepperoni slices are thick and flavorful, though a bit greasy, so I usually dab them with a napkin. We also enjoy their wings and the Ledo Italian salad. Sometimes, we even buy their salad dressing because it’s just that good!
The food arrived ice cold. When I mentioned this, the owner told me they don’t use holding heaters for orders and it was already 4 minutes past the pickup time. She suggested I take the food home and reheat it in the oven. If I wanted to cook, I wouldn’t have ordered takeout. I asked for a refund and said I would go elsewhere. She then tore the receipt out of my hand and told me to leave. When I requested the receipt, she claimed it was hers and challenged me to try disputing the charge without it. She insisted she was the owner.
I’ve been going to this location for over 3 years and order pizza from them just about every Friday. This past Friday within hours of eating our pizza, my son and I both got sick. The owner Carrie just got back to me today so a week later and refused to give a refund. I hope the $30 discrepancy was worth losing a loyal customer. Judging from several reviews, it looks like “undercooked” seems to be a theme…
