I requested sauces and honey for my meal, and they forgot to include them. It's been a while since my last visit, and I don't plan on returning anytime soon.

Pepper today. we had to wait less than 5 minutes before we received our order which that was fine with us. Since I meal was freshly cooked it taste even better. In which it was so scrumptious or either I was hungry, anyways we enjoy the meal. Thanks for lunch Kentucky Fried Chicken! Superb service and amazing meal! I give KFC an 5 stars ????? rating because me and my daughter, and also my son and daughter-in-law we all ordered from KFC again after the 1 time. All of us ladies like the famous bowl meal that's what we order. ? ? Thanks to the owner and the staff teams!

I asked for sauces and honey with my meal, but none were provided. It’s been some time since my last visit, and I don’t intend to come back anytime soon.

We can get better fried chicken at places like Giant Eagle or Roya... read more I was quite disappointed with our visit. The chicken no longer tastes as good as it once did. We can get better fried chicken at places like Giant Eagle or Royal Farms. On top of that, the family meal bundle costs nearly $40, which feels excessive for soggy, below-average fried chicken. We only came because my husband had fond memories of KFC and was craving it, but we won’t be coming back. He was disappointed as well, noticing the decline in the chicken’s quality. It really feels like just another mediocre fast food restaurant now.

If they make a mistake, don’t count on an apology—they recognize errors but don’t really acknowledge them. This location has been renovated in the last few years, making it noticeably cleaner. Although the chicken is cooked well, the presentation is disappointing; my Nashville tenders looked like they had just been dropped on the floor. The other KFC in Frederick is much better.
