I requested sauces and honey for my meal, and they forgot to include them. It's been a while since my last visit, and I don't plan on returning anytime soon.

We can get better fried chicken at places like Giant Eagle or Royal Farms. On top of that, the family meal bundle costs nearly $40, which feels excessive for soggy, below-average fried chicken. We only came because my husband had fond memories of KFC and was craving it, but we won’t be coming back. He was disappointed as well, noticing the decline in the chicken’s quality. It really feels like just another mediocre fast food restaurant now.

If they make a mistake, don’t count on an apology—they recognize errors but don’t really acknowledge them. This location has been renovated in the last few years, making it noticeably cleaner. Although the chicken is cooked well, the presentation is disappointing; my Nashville tenders looked like they had just been dropped on the floor. The other KFC in Frederick is much better.
