Never have extra crispy chicken when I go! If you like original chicken this is your place. Most of the staff don't speak english very well either.

When I requested a refund, my request was denied. I spoke to a manager who informed me that they would need about 18 minutes to prepare the food again. I reiterated my request for a refund, but it was still rejected. I asked for the phone number of the general manager to escalate the issue, and a man named Yunior claimed to be the general manager. I inquired if there would be any compensation for waiting while my order was given to someone else, and he replied, “I will give you nothing to wait, and if they want a refund, they will have to call customer service.” I further pressed, “So, you’re saying you won’t give me anything for waiting 18 minutes?” He corrected me, stating, “It’s not 18 minutes, it’s 10 minutes.” I then asked where I could park, and he instructed me to park in front and come inside. With my child in the car, we parked and contacted their customer service. I passionately recounted the unfortunate situation. The woman who answered promised to connect me to the refund department, but I was placed on hold and eventually disconnected. I even tried to resolve this on Twitter by notifying them about my experience. In total, we spent 25 minutes at the restaurant, and unfortunately, the customer service has been the worst I've ever encountered. I was promised a refund, but I have yet to see it processed.
The service was lacking attention during my visit. I ordered takeout and had to go back inside to request a fork for my Famous Bowl. The staff seemed distracted, with several employees on their phones—two passed by me while one was leaning against a wall playing with his device. The manager noticed me waiting for about a minute before I had to ask for a fork.
