Never have extra crispy chicken when I go! If you like original chicken this is your place. Most of the staff don't speak english very well either.

Currently KFC has the vegan Beyond Chicken. It’s very good! Crispy, without being greasy. It is cooked in the same fryer. Hope they keep this product on the menu!

The drive thru was rediculious, instead of parking someone with a big order they made e1 wait for 20 mins. Cars were leaving. Maybe they are short on help, but I would think getting the small orders out would help.

The service was lacking attention during my visit. I ordered takeout and had to go back inside to request a fork for my Famous Bowl. The staff seemed distracted, with several employees on their phones—two passed by me while one was leaning against a wall playing with his device. The manager noticed me waiting for about a minute before I had to ask for a fork.
