Went here expecting just some regular fast food fried chicken. Oh god how wrong I was. This is quite possibly the best fried chicken I've ever had in my entire life. View all feedback.
What Kimberly Joseph doesn't like about K-chicken:
Went in there to order 16pc wings and asked if he could split the flavors in two. He said no and that I would have to order (2) 8-pc wings, which is $5 more than the 16pc. Real nice! I walked right out. Will never go back! View all feedback.

Food was fresh and delicious. Very filling. Service was fast. Definitely worth dropping by :
Excellent portions and flavor!! I definitely recommend the garlic soy wings, fried chicken and bulgogi cup bop. Ramen is also delicious as well as the fried dumplings thank you K-Chicken!
Tasty fried chicken, very good dumplings, and excellent service! I'm quite happy I decided to try their food and will definitely be back!
TLDR Version What our customer experience (CX) was like at K-Chicken Order food and pay online via Google Maps app ~10 mins. Order Online button ChowNow button. No Service Fee. Preferred by the business. Order confirmation email from ChowNow Order confirmation from K-Chicken was not received but started driving over to K-Chicken anyway. Arrive in the parking lot and realize it 's at a dead mall. Walk over to the food court. A very strange set of strange events trying to pick up our order, including a 1-2 y/o running around near the deep fryer, forcing us to pay directly and canceling our ChowNow order, among other things... Food wasn 't ready yet. Wait ~30 mins. for food Go home, eat the food (against our better judgment), get sick. Total order and pickup time: ~1 hr. _______________ A Real-life Kitchen Nightmare (Full Version) This was the weirdest take-out experience ever. It was like being a part of a real-life episode of Kitchen Nightmares. It was so crazy that I have to share all of it. CONTINUED Via LINK below...
