Do not get the salmon plate, if you love salmon you won't love it here. I went outside my comfort zone to try a salmon dish here at ihop instead of getting the guaranteed quality enjoyment of the spicy poblano fajita bowl. First off portion, they falselyadvertised the size of the salmon, secondly overcooked, third dry. I was so unhappy with this dish. I wish I got the spicypoblano fajita
Waited 20 minutes before being greeted. We were never offered refills. We had to ask for them. The food took forever to come out. Asked for a manager. He did not even address the issue. We will not be back.
When I?m Fredrick my family was looking for somewhere to eat. This IHOP was one of the first options we found when looking. Outward appearance is nice, in a decent location. Once we got inside I did notice the building could use some TLC and a gooddeep clean. Windows and doors were visibly dirty. When asked to be seated at a booth, we were seated at a half booth half table,that can be a rough situation with my small children. But we made it work, I don?t like to complain. The food took over 45minutes to get to the table and my kids were so impatient after a while. The waitress was very kind and always kept our drinksfull and table cleaned up I appreciated that. The food was delicious and well put together, everything was delicious!
I arrived around 9 PM and received quick service. Our waiter, Carrie, was a delight, and the food came out swiftly. The real standout, though, was Benjamin. He handled a challenging situation with a demanding customer who was confused about their order. He offered various solutions, including redoing their order and allowing them to choose something different, while remaining extremely professional despite the customer's unreasonable yelling. I was very impressed with his ability to de-escalate the situation.
