Waited over an hour for a cold sub and fry order. Once an hour had passed, I asked for a refund. No one knew how to do the refund...the girl at the counter nor the manager. The order finally came out as I was trying to cancel and get the refund. When I finally went to eat it, there was barely any meat on the sub, no dressing and was pretty much just bread. Very disappointed in my first time trying this restaurant.

The Milan sandwich was very dry and was not very meaty even though the description listed multiple meats. The chicken Brunello was supposed to come with a salad (a ceasar wasordered) and it was not included in our order. The chicken was extremely dry and there was very little sauce to counteract it. The fries and sauce were ok. But we will not be ordering again.

Not cooked right second time. She never checked. Ate and left I have never been treated so rudely. Server was Normawhat has happened? Used to be a good place to go.
