When we arrived, we felt a bit confused about the menu options, which could cater to vegans or simply vegetarians. However, our waitress, who was vegan herself, was more than happy to clarify everything for us. The food was absolutely incredible. We started with the enoki tempura, accompanied by a delicious vegan chili mayo. Then we tried the vegan banh mi and the Philly cheesesteak, both of which were fantastic. I h... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Gambrill Mt Food Co:
This place has a laid-back vibe with a cozy decor and a friendly, artistic staff. However, I encountered issues with being served non-vegan ingredients despite requesting vegan options. They seem to take their chances with the labeling. Vegetarians and flexitarians, though, have nothing to worry about. The drinks are fantastic! View all feedback.
It’s shocking to see anyone give this place a bad review. The owners are wonderfully friendly, the food is fantastic, and the renovation looks great. Plus, it’s conveniently within walking distance from my workplace for lunch. They have persevered through the challenges of Covid and continue to navigate this tough economic climate. In my opinion, it’s worth every penny. I truly hope they keep thriving and succeeding. Small businesses are facing significant challenges right now, and they are doing an outstanding job!
You seat yourself and grab your menus before ordering at the bar. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere is quite casual, although the prices are a bit on the higher side. They offer a nice brunch menu and have a stage for live bands on certain days. We visited on a Sunday around 1:30 pm, and it was pretty quiet, so we found a great parking spot. The bar area is spacious, but the tables were quite sticky. The staff was friendly, and our food arrived quickly, likely due to the slower pace at the time. I'm definitely open to returning.
I had an incredible experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delectable, cooked and seasoned to perfection. I ordered the Shrimp and Grits, and as a pescatarian, I can confidently say it was truly divine! The mountain mimosa complemented the beautiful atmosphere perfectly. I can't wait to visit again for brunch.
The honest option here the food was terrific and worth the price; everything I tried was perfect, and the bartender was terrific. I gave three stars for the atmosphere because I didn't know why the place was not packed; maybe the parking situation, but this is a beautiful place for date nights and good food. The owner needs to work on getting more people in the door.Dietary restrictions: Vegan options here....
Food is it of this world! This is a must try if you stop in Fredrick for a lunch or brunch. My only comment is that it was unclear it was self service for seating. I must have missed a sign but i would hope it was more clear.
