The owner was a genuinely nic... read more We stopped at this restaurant while passing through Maryland, and I really wish it were closer because I would visit all the time. The owner was a genuinely nice gentleman, and he and his wife follow a mostly vegan lifestyle. I loved the concept of self-serve beer on the wall, along with plenty of games for kids and ample seating. My food was incredibly fresh! I had the blackberry and peach salad, and I also tried the sweet potato tacos, which can all be made vegan. My partner had the brisket flatbread, and we polished our plates clean. It's a very casual and family-friendly spot, complete with a playground for young children and games like Yahtzee for everyone to enjoy. The beer selection primarily features microbrews and IPAs, ensuring there's something for everyone. I can't believe I hadn't discovered this place sooner!

I absolutely love this place because they made three of my favorite dishes vegan: nachos, tacos, and salad! The nachos are delicious, topped with a fantastic spicy cream-based sauce, possibly a mix of sour cream? However, the chips weren't all that great. The melted cheese paired with sweet potato is a wonderful choice. I do wish they offered guacamole with the nachos! The salad was fresh and perfect, and the fruity flavors were delightful. The only downside is that the nachos are a massive portion, so I couldn't enjoy the tacos as well! I will definitely be coming back!
