She assisted us and the other customers promptly and demonstrated a high level of professionalism. The play area was well-kept, with staff members regularly sanitizing the games, tables, and chairs. All the games were in good working order, and our kids had a fantastic time. We look forward to coming back when we're in the area again.

This alone made the visit worthwhile. They don’t have the tubes in the ceiling like some places, and only Chuck is an animatronic character, but it's really a lovely location overall.

Al... read more My 7 year old son had a great time. Spent $21.00 for 1 hour of unlimited play. The cost drops to $18.00 with the purchase of a pizza and drinks 'meal deal '. All of the games were working. The entire facility was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. My son was able to score 1,300 tickets in an hour, but he got lucky and hit a few jackpots. When entering, I felt that $21.00 for an hour was a little bit over priced. But we both had a great time and it was money well spent. We will definitely be go back again.
