Terrible customer service. I mean this was just bad. I understand if you were busy like crazy but it was no line and the guy behind the counter without talking to us just looked angry and pointed to things like to ask if we can wanted it. Not easy to get to. The entrance to the parking lot is ? odd (if you?re coming down the side street it is on you have to drive through a hotel lot to get to the restaurant). Cleanliness was ok. Employees were ok? nothing great to talk about there. Burrito was awesome as always though.
Dirty place, not the greatest service. Except for the cashier?s guy. He was nice.
Oh man. I've had good experiences at this Chipotle in the past, but not today. First, let me be clear: staff were friendly and helpful especially the girl who took my initial order (you know, by the tortilla press thing). Anyway, this is about the food in particular. Ordered a chicken bowl with brown rice, sauteed veggies, pico de gallo, corn, cheese, and shredded lettuce. The chicken tasted burnt. Not charred burnt. Almost like burnt garlic? Just a bad taste. Somehow, some of the spicy salsa got into my dish. I'm okay with spicy food so no big deal, but it's definitely not what I asked for. There was pico de gallo in there and something else. My lips feel like the surface of the sun. Kind of cool though. Lastly there was the stem of a head of lettuce in my bowl. Any one of these things would have been okay, but all three in the same meal? What's going on people? I know Chipotle won't let you guys unionize, but don't take it out on me. Yeesh. Not a good experience.
I ordered online. I got there 20 mins AFTER my order was ready time. I stood in a line with 3 other people having to show the woman each of our confirmations and what was included because he system was down. Which I completey understand that and how much for difficult it makes things. I was patient. Then I got home and took a bite of my burrito. The order on the bag was right bur there was only beans, rice and chicken in it. And I paid for quacamole! Very unpleasant experience consider the woman reading the orders could not get them correct.
Sadly the only time I had a bad experience going to a Chipotle. All tables inside and outside were dirty, and trash was all pilled up, wondered why nobody was dining in. There were no napkins, no paper towels in the bathroom, and last but not least the chips were mushy. I understand the staff was busy but the manager should be aware of these things. I do not look forward to dine in in this location anytime soon. This was on a Friday evening 7pm.
