I always order the bowl with brown rice and no cheese, guaca... read more The Garlic Guajillo Steak has been on commercials lately in heavy rotation and it had my attention. I always order the bowl with brown rice and no cheese, guacamole or sour cream (so none of the stuff that makes it amazing). This time added the Garlic Steak as my protein. It was only ok. It didn?t make me want to hurry back and try it a second time. The store is clean, and there was a person clearing and cleaning tables constantly. She is doing a good job. Although, the trash cans were overflowing after the lunch rush. There was a line at one point during my lunch and they made it move along quickly. I?ll keep my bowl favorite- just May return to chicken or pork.

When I requested guajillo steak, I was offered the last small spoonful, while the rest was just regular steak. My girlfriend didn’t get any at all. The man behind us in line asked about it, and the staff member informed him that it was still cooking and would be ready soon. We would have been willing to wait if we had known. We specifically came to try it out. The same woman at checkout was also rude, and she treated the man behind us poorly when he inquired about the guacamole they had run out of. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The Carnitas is always a great choice for any meal. This particular location has excellent service and maintains a clean environment. I highly recommend it!
