The Carnitas is always a good option for any meal. This particular Chipotle has good service and the restaurant isclean. I highly recommend!

When I w... read more I really enjoy Chipotle, but the service at this location is consistently disappointing. They often mess up my order or take a long time to prepare it. When I went to pick up my order, they couldn’t find it, so I showed them my confirmation. The employee said she had no idea how to use the confirmation and only knew how to look up names. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced something unusual like this at this particular Chipotle, and I’m getting frustrated with it.

Kids mea... read more Ordered 2 bowls and a kids meal. Asked for guacamole on all meals and fajitas. The bowls didn?t have any veggies and barely any salsa and no guacamole. Kids meals was supposed to have guacamole as well but didn?t get any. The order was delayed. The driver was very communicative and apologetic. Took me 20+ mins to get a hold of someone at the restaurant. They said they would remake the order but I had to pick it up. The delivery guy offered if I would want him to take the order back and have them remake it. I asked the delivery guy if he could pick up the remade order and deliver it to me. And he kindly did. I checked the order and it was fine but when I sat down to eat, it was like a puddle. Both bowls were so soggy and had so much water. This is not the first time this store has made the order incorrectly. So disappointing.

I always order the bowl with brown rice and no cheese, guacamole or sour cream (so none of the stuff that makes it amazing). This time added the Garlic Steakas my protein. It was only ok. It didn?t make me want to hurry back and try it a second time. The store is clean, and therewas a person clearing and cleaning tables constantly. She is doing a good job. Although, the trash cans were overflowing afterthe lunch rush. There was a line at one point during my lunch and they made it move along quickly. I?ll keep my bowlfavorite- just May return to chicken or pork.
