Worse place in the United States. How is the management still afloat This place needs new employees or needs to be shut down. Burger takes less than 2 minutes to make fries less then 3 minutes.... how do I know? I work for burger King before and it's no way customers should be waiting over 10 minutes for pre cooked food. It's a fast food place not cook as ordered. Yes fresh food is good but when a customer order online they expect the food to ready other wise what is the use of ordering online and still gotta wait almost a half hour if anyone is in line. Every door dash order I get the customer is mad and I don't get tip. I decline orders from burger king but it's messing with my ratings. Either get a new team or close the building. That guy manager at night is absolutely rude and horrible

Ordered 30 mins before closed. Order goes through online, pull up and the employees are eating burgers telling me that they don?t have any food so they have to cancel the order. Is there any management at this location ??
Food was fresh and hot! But the service wasn't the greatest. The person in drive-through mumbled and talked fast, and acted like he was scared to open the window for cash or to give us food.
