I visited two different locations and had disappointing experiences at both. At the first place, they didn't have any burgers available because the grill was broken; the only options were fried foods. At the second location, the drive-thru line wasn't moving at all, so I eventually decided to leave and go somewhere else. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 3. Worse place in the United States. How is the management still afloat This place needs new employees or needs to be shut down. Burger takes less than 2 minutes to make fries less then 3 minutes.... how do I know? I work for burger King before and it's no way customers should be waiting over 10 minutes for pre cooked food. It's a fast food place not cook as ordered. Yes fresh food is good but when a customer order online they expect the food to ready other wise what is the use of ordering online and still gotta wait almost a half hour if anyone is in line. Every door dash order I get the customer is mad and I don't get tip. I decline orders from burger king but it's messing with my ratings. Either get a new team or close the building. That guy manager at night is absolutely rude and horrible
