Burger King - Frederick

All the tables were dirty even when it said it was cleaned. And when we saw the person cleaning there was no disinfectant used. They were also just using the same rag to clean tables without rinsing or anything. No cleaning chemicals appeared to be used. There was food grease on the table we sat at. There were hairs and crumbs all over the seats. Some spots along the window above the seats looked like they had not been cleaned in years. If COVID-19 is here, your child will surely get it.

My daughter and I were craving burger King but we are very disappointed that we had to wait for an employee (maybe even manager) to finish their smoking break in front of the main entrance. When we finally could go in and the smell of smoke was so strong even inside. I don't mind people who smoke but do think they should do it away from the place or on areas away from main entrances

Thanks, lisa and crew! I hired a mobile order and didn't think it was placed, but it went thru. when I came home, I noticed that my card was charged. I spoke to lisa. she told me to ask for her when I was in the opposite and she would return my order. when I arrived. a week later, lisa was out, but a crew member remembered my problem and made me a hot and fresh meal. this is a great team always friendly and eating is always hot and fresh! they also make them welcome here! great job team bk!
