**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag of Experiences at Burger King** Recent visits to a local Burger King have highlighted a range of customer experiences. While some diners praised the friendly staff and efficient handling of mobile orders, others expressed frustration over cleanliness, with reports of dirty tables and inadequate sanitization practices. Additionally, the professionalism of management was called into question, as patrons encountered rude service and order mix-ups. Complaints about unwanted ingredients due to allergy oversight further added to the disappointment. Wrong order all the way and after cashier was told she still insisted that was the correct order. The receipt proved everything I am talking about.
The manager, Leanna, has the worst customer service of any manager I 've ever encountered. My husband ordered food for our family of six, including the double jr whopper deluxe meal which was on special for $6. He was charged $7.29. When I went up to the counter and very nicely pointed this out on the receipt, Leanna said, That 's the special this week, The double jr whopper deluxe 'your way ' meal, NOT the double jr whopper deluxe meal . He didn 't say your way . Oh, I 'm sorry Leanna, it 's the exact same thing--it 's simply a matter of semantics. But of course you 're right, who wouldn 't want to pay the extra $1.29 for the EXACT SAME THING! My bad. There was no offer to correct it or upgrade to the your way , just a snotty smirk with a side of you forgot to say 'your way '...haha, tricks on you! Leanna is in serious need of customer service training.
The person who took our order was unfriendly, the mayo tasted spoiled, and there was more ice than soda in my drink.
I asked the Manager and question 3 times and every time she completely ignored me. I will never go back here !!!
The managers were very unprofessional and rude. We were told one thing, and our order came out to be completely different than what we asked for. We will never be back to this location. We were extremely blown by the way we were treated.
