At a recent visit to a local Burger King, experiences varied significantly. While some patrons enjoyed the culinary delights, such as the popular Impossible Whopper and fried cheese sticks, others faced frustrating customer service and food quality issues. Complaints ranged from unaccommodating management and incorrect orders to burnt oil tainting otherwise promising meals. Service mishaps, including staff lounging and unclean bathrooms, compounded the dissatisfaction. Conversely, positive interactions with attentive managers highlighted the potential for excellent service. Nevertheless, a consistent theme emerged: while the food can shine, the overall dining experience remains inconsistent, suggesting a need for management attention and staff training.
Where is management? Staff lounging around restaurant this time. Last visit they pulled out trash cans and blocked for way.We went into bathroom and a staff person was obviously seeing how slowly they could wipe sink area and sent us out because she was cleaning bathroom. We could have used stalls.No napkins in drive thru bag.App did not work again at this location
Just like any other Burger King honestly. No complaints
I recently visited this restaurant to order a simple meal and specifically requested fresh fries. Instead, I was told that the fries that had been sitting out were considered fresh. However, fresh means cooked to order, not fries that have been sitting around before I arrived. When I asked for a replacement, the staff appeared unwilling to help. The customer service was quite disappointing. I will definitely be avoiding this place in the future!

Definitely the nicest and cleanest Burger King I've ever been to. Staff was very friendly and efficient.
