All 3 meals were poor quality and arrived cold. Service was slow. No plans to go back

Food good. Server friendly. Pizookies great. Food delivery was slow but they were busy.

We were all disappointed in the food. This was our 6 visit but the first one we were disappointed in and will probably never go back. 4 people at 6:30. Service was slow Our food was disappointing since we have had it before. Wings and Brussels sprouts were over cooked. Pasta was disappointing and small. Chilli was not hot and was tasting burnt. Service, food and atmosphere were great. Derrick, our server, was terrific. He knew the menu well and he was very attentive. The pace of our dining experience was the right tempo. The food, especially the double cut pork chop was delicious along with house brewed root beer! BJ’s has never disappointed me. BJ’s is always a treat!

Very disappointed. We usually have good meals there but this time was very bad. The server was not very nice it was very slow and refilling drinks and cleaning the table. Our food took about 45 minutes to come out and when it did everything was lukewarm and some of it was cold and it also appears did it been sitting in the window for a long period of time. We had to get a couple orders warmed up and two of the steaks were cooked improperly so they said they would make new steaks in but it took another 30 minutes for us to get them. They did comp some of it and were very apologetic but we asked for a manager and it took 15 minutes to get one. Very disappointed and we won’t go back for a while.
