None of the staff seemed to care that there was a customer that was screaming the lyrics to every song that was played while banging on the table. I love Applebee’s food and atmosphere normally. This location hasn’t been good any of the times I’m been there. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt, but no more.

The service I very bad and the only reason they're getting a 1 star is because the manager apologized to us for sitting over 30mins waiting for napkins and being served cold food which I had to walk back to the waitress with my plates to ask for my plate to be heated. Won't go to Applebee's again, that was me giving them a second chance and obviously they didn't deserve it. ??

I made an online order, had no way to ask for steak sauce online so i called ahead and asked for it, did not get any in my order. My side was wrong as well. I a... read more I made an online order, had no way to ask for steak sauce online so i called ahead and asked for it, did not get any in my order. My side was wrong as well. I also had to go inside to get my curbside order, which defeats the purpose. Food was stillpretty good regardless of all this.

There were families in there w... read more I gave a score of 1 for atmosphere because a few people, especially one man at the bar was tremendously loud using foul language. There were families in there with their small children and this man was yelling the F word. He obviously had toomuch to drink and should have been asked to leave.
