The donuts are still amazing, and a few of the... read more Back in 2018, this was one of my favorite spots, but unfortunately, my last three visits have been disappointing. The donuts are still amazing, and a few of the waitstaff are excellent, but the food experiences have let down both my children and my guests. The waiting times have been longer than expected, even when the restaurant wasn't busy. On one visit, our soup was served cold, and the sandwich was overcooked. On another occasion, an item was missing from our grill order, and we received the wrong type of bread. Just today, I specifically requested my hashbrowns to be extra crispy, and they were definitely not. They did apologize, but it was a letdown overall.
