We made a last-minute decision to go to this restaurant after our original choice was closed. My wife ordered the Happy Family dish, and I had the Szechuan spicy dumplings. We also tried the seafood tofu soup and some sushi. The service was attentive and accommodating. The food was okay, but we were disappointed that my wife felt unwell afterwards and had to drink a lot of water. The Szechuan spicy dumplings were not as spicy as we expected. We have been to many Asian restaurants before, and we were hoping this one would be up to par with the best ones, especially considering the price. The dishes had a different taste that some might find authentic and great, but we were not as impressed. One positive aspect was that it was a BYOB restaurant without a cork fee.
This restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and the decoration is authentic and charming. The food was delicious, especially the amazing sushi rolls. The owner was very friendly. We will definitely return when we are in the area again.
