Once I was done placing my order, my mother was going to be picking it up and she was already there once I had gotten off the phone. The Mackenzie girl that I was placing my order with was talking about how I sounded high over the phone and mocking how I was talking. Which my mother being right there in front of her, had said something to this Mackenzie person. I don't want to be a Karen or whatever you would like to call it, but i think that it was extremely unprofessional to be sitting there talking about someone when you have no idea who is in front of you or who is around. I work in retail and I know how it is with customers, you would never catch me taking about someone in front of anyone or behind their back. And fyi I was not high, but regardless you have no idea what people are doing or what they may be going through before they choose to make a call to YOUR business to spend their money. Just be aware of their customer service here who knows what these people like to say. The food here is mediocre and wouldn't recommend.

The food was rated 4 out of 5, the service was a perfect 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere was also rated 5 out of 5. I would recommend trying the Onion Rings, Hash Browns, Fish and Chips, and Toast.

My daughter and I were prepared to wait, but unfortunately we were served cold food, did not receive any refills, and there was no follow-up from the staff. It was a disappointing experience overall. The staff seemed to be trying their best, but they were not adequately prepared for the busy event. Waiting for a long time only to receive cold and rubbery food was frustrating. Overall, I would rate the service, food quality, and atmosphere a 2 out of 5. I would recommend trying the fries.Meal Type: Dinner Price Range: $10-20
