The big announcement that they were out of soup, churros, cookies, and pretzels felt excessive, but the offhand political remarks at the end of our order made it a no-go for our family.
The restaurant never seems to be open during their stated hours. They close at 5 PM, even though all the signs indicate they should be open until 8 PM on most days.
I went there on 2/17/23 for the buy 1 get 1 free foot longs. I purchased 3 footlongs, 1 wrap, 1 salad. And some cookies. Total $61.57 plus tax. I showed them that the website did not give me the free sub. They said there was nothing that they could do. The manager was not there. I went back a total of 3 times, very hard to get ahold of the manager. I finally was able to talk to the manager on 3/3/23. I explained. I said I was trying to give them an opportunity to make it right. She said there was nothing she could do. I will stop going to this Subway for at least 6 months. I will also switch my lunch and dinner options to Firehouse and Tubbys sub shops. I have not had very go luck with Subway. I now have 3 that I try to avoid.
It's Burger King what can you say. The lady at the window was very pleasant.
