Food took 40+ min to get ready and didn't know what the order even was after ordering online. Poor service. Food was cold and soggy.

I called a different location and asked them if they toasted their sourdough buns and she said of course it goes through a toaster and it gets toasted. It be our own people! EVERYTIME!
