I subscribe to all that MauretoRamone reported in the previous comment, adding that – from ice cream enthusiast and ex-gelatiere hobbista, while having a minimum of knowledge of the matter I was simply *exterrefied*. The product proposed by this ice cream shop is simply another category: we are not even talking about gourmet ice creams, a modal definition that I would find quite reductive for the creations found here...
