The food was hot and fresh... read more I don?t usually eat Hardee?s but I?ve stopped twice in the past couple of weeks. It?s on my way to work and decided to give it a try. The food was hot and fresh. The service was friendly. It was so good the first time, I left home early enough to stopagain.

However, I typically avoid leaving negative reviews,... read more I rated this place two stars because the staff at the drive-thru was friendly and their tea was enjoyable. However, I typically avoid leaving negative reviews, but I have to express my disappointment given the amount I spent. Out of the five chicken strips I ordered, only one was actually good. The others were nearly impossible to chew, as if they had been sliced in half to make extra strips. The fries were barely warm and heavily greased. This was not what I expected after waiting five minutes at the window right before closing time. Although it's the only fast food option in Franklinton, I won't be returning to this location again.

Although the drive-thru was a bit slow, the y... read more On a brighter note, we also got milkshakes, which were exactly what we hoped for and helped redeem the meal a bit. Although the drive-thru was a bit slow, the young lady at the window was friendly and provided good service. This was our first experience at Hardee's, and it will probably be our last. We saw the deal on the tenders and hoped for a much better outcome. Overall, I give it 3 out of 5 stars for missed opportunities.

When I sat down to eat and glanced out... read more After I paid for my order, I waited, but I noticed that he never washed his hands. He had one glove on and one hand bare. When I sat down to eat and glanced outside, I saw him smoking while still wearing the same glove and leaving the other hand uncovered. He then returned behind the counter without washing his hands. I took a picture of him outside smoking and was disturbed to see the lack of hygiene. Despite the place having a 90.5 rating, I decided to throw away my piping hot French fries because he had touched them with his bare hand. As I was leaving, I saw him at the dumpsters again, still in the same glove while smoking. When he walked back to the front door to assist another customer, he was still wearing the same glove. I have photos of that as well. I would recommend staying away from this restaurant.
