One time, my order was incorrect, and another time, the food appeared to be several days old. Hoping for a better experience, I decided to dine in, but unfortunately, the quality of the food was the same. In terms of cleanliness, the bathroom was in a shocking state; I've encountered truck stop restrooms that were much cleaner. Additionally, the man at the counter had a rather unwelcoming attitude, as if he was doing me a favor by making my meal. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

My order was confirmed correctly over the phone, but when I received it, the salad was at the bottom of the bag, so I couldn't check it at that moment. In the future, we will make sure to unpack all our takeout items on the counter to ensure everything is correct. This has happened before, and I'm sure it won't be the last time. It's quite frustrating. I'm relieved to see that I'm not the only one leaving a one-star review for this restaurant.

We’ve waited 2+ hours for our order and when we called twice we were told “it should be there” with no explanation as to why it wasn’t. Completely unacceptable. The woman answering the phones was incredibly rude and unhelpful. We love Capo and want to support Paul, but this was very upsetting to deal with. As a fellow business owner myself I understand the pains businesses can go through, but customers, especially loyal customers should not be treated this way without any explanation as to what the delay or issue is. If you’re having delays delays or issues, just be honest and say it. Honesty goes a long way. Unfortunately very turned off from this experience.
