What Christian Müller doesn't like about Dunkin':
This Dunkin might be the most poorly managed, understocked, embarrassment to the franchise. This restaurant is absolutely terrible. I tried to buy a drink without ice, and they charged me $1 for that. The management argued with me, insisting that while they could add less ice, I would still have to pay the $1 fee for no ice. The staff there are rude and dishonest. There's a young man named Ryan who has helped me a few times, and he managed to waive the $1 charge each time. However, Vina, the manager, tried to impose the charge and then lied about it afterward. I contacted corporate, and when they asked for the store number, Vina felt it was acceptable to lie about that as well. Corporate was able to locate the store using the address I provided. Once Vina saw me on the phone with corporate, she even offered to give me the drink for free, claiming there would be "no charge," but I declined that. I will no longer spend my money at this establishment.
The restaurant needs to hire more staff to improve service. The donuts were almost sold out by 9:17 AM, which is too early.

The donuts were fresh—what more can you ask for? I stopped by later in the day, so the selection was limited, but they still had some popular options. I initially planned to grab several glazed donuts, but then I noticed a sign that said “Staff Favorite” next to the apple cider donut. It looked delicious, and I'm grateful for that sign!
They needs more employees It take half an hour to complete a order 20 Donna's 1/2 gallon of coffee...due to the facts...that 2 employees can't take care of the drive-throughand. The front regular people..inside the Store. The management have to hire at least one more employee
