Mobile orders Never ready no one ever working never has anything in stock. Will not make a pretzel or churro. One person is working and always overwhelmed. Hire some people. Always clean.

Just had lunch here and the employee Benjamin went above and beyond to provide an outstanding customer service experience. He was very friendly and nice, as well as efficient! Great experience.

The roll was stale, and the tomatoes were bad. Probably worst sub I've ever eaten

Waited more than 15 minutes in line with no movement. Seems to only be one person on staff, slow and not efficient.

This place just can't get it together. Twice we ordered on line ,got there and the orders weren't even started. Said they got busy and they're having to make more bread. Our order was to been ready 10 minutes ago. Ordered again last night on line as always. The guy was outside socializing. My husband told him he was to pick up our order. The guy said there wasn't any on line orders. He goes inside and guess what. There was the ticket for our order. Then the guy said do you want me to make it. He was told of course. It was already paid for. The sandwiches were just threw together. Didn't get the order correct. The time before this I told them I wanted my money back on my card. Because you use on line ordering so you don't have to wait. He cancelled my order but still haven't gotten my money returned. Will never eat from there again nor will I suggest Subway to another person.
