Best and clean restaurant food was hot and fresh will come back for sure and recommend. Customer service was great.
I placed a $85 order one Wednesday afternoon, I received a call 10 mins after placing the order saying the stoves were down they weren?t able to cook the food, and they were going to refund me, but the manager wasn?t in the store. The shift lead saidshe?d make sure to tell the manager the situation the next day. I called the store 3 days later to make sure they processed it the manager said she had no idea of this issue, was NOT apologetic at all, and seemed careless! I had to call a hotline to getthe refund processed, still waiting for the refund.
Just left five guys. This is horrible. Can't even find the toppings. There is suppose to be bacon, lettuce tomatoes, pickles. I went back to tell them and they locked up and closed 30 minutes early. When I knocked on the door, he ran Into back room. WishI went to McDonald's.
Pretty good. Took awhile to prepare especially since they weren?t busy. Cheese was not melted. Fries were hot and fresh.
I normally love 5 guys they are my favorite restaurant. Bit today you was slipping. I wanted a burger and the put onions on with it so burger taste like onions and half my fries were warm. Other half was cold.. sad day ????
