Stamey's Cafe - Franklin

My husband and I are retired and live in Franklin, but we make sure to dine at Stameys at least 4 or 5 times a month. We typically choose to have breakfast there, and the staff is always friendly and efficient. Every breakfast item I've tried has been delicious. If you are ever in Franklin, I highly recommend visiting Stamey's for breakfast! Their other meals are tasty as well, but their breakfast is truly exceptional as they serve it all day long.

The food was reasonably priced in this homey, small cafe whose motto is Love, Peace and Biscuits . We savored the food (the biscuits were, indeed, good and flaky), but most appreciated the friendliness of the staff. We would stop here again, should we ever happen through Franklin!

I just returned from my vacation at the Waterfall Cabin in Franklin, NC and one of the highlights of my trip was visiting Stamey's Cafe. The owners, Floss and Wanda, were incredibly friendly and the food and service were excellent. I enjoyed breakfast there three mornings in a row and was never disappointed - the pecan pancakes, biscuits, and ham were delicious. I also had dinner at Stamey's one night and if you enjoy old-fashioned cooking, you will love their chicken fried steak, fried green tomatoes, mashed potatoes, squash casserole, and coconut pie. Yummy! If you find yourself in Franklin, NC, be sure to stop by Stamey's and say hello to Floss and Wanda from Anita Frank Grogan and Jocelyn Wayne Peters.
