Savioli's Ravioli - Franklin

This is definitely my go-to spot for sandwiches. I enjoy sitting back and chatting with the staff while my food is being made. The atmosphere is fantastic and the food is always top-notch. Thank you for consistently delivering such high-quality meals.

The sandwiches at this restaurant are excellent, reminiscent of those you would find on Arthur Avenue. However, they are quite slow in preparing the sandwiches, so it is recommended to call ahead to avoid a long wait. One improvement that could be made is offering finely shredded lettuce, a popular choice for Jersey subs as it holds oil and vinegar better than the leaf lettuce currently used. Both the potato salad and macaroni salad were also of exceptional quality.

First and foremost, subs are best in the area! I've had four sandwiches off the menu thus far and each are well balanced and the bread is top-notch. Secondly, price was right! Which is hard to pull off in this economic environment of everything getting more expensive. Thirdly, you can tell the ownership is a family business, which is always more inviting then your typical commercial run establishment. A very special shout out to the owner who takes the time to get to know customers and treats them like a personal friend. Looking forward to getting my sporting event parties catered by George and the crew! I wish more places would follow this deli's example!

So only went once and while the sandwiches were ok the owner was such a jerk that I never went back. I asked for a sandwich platter for 4 people. He asked me to pick 4 sandwiches from the board and when I came back to pick up the order, it was 4 wrapped sandwiches and not made or cut into a platter. I asked him about the platter and he told me well you ordered 4 sandwiches from the board. We went back and forth and he asked for my receipt which illegibly said 4 sandwiches. I said ok fine just give me a platter and if you can please cut them and I'll arrange it myself. He said sorry then I would have to charge you extra. So that's it, never went back. If he would have just corrected the mistake he would have had a weekly customer

Sandwiches were very good, but I didn't like that they are displaying their political views to be in your face. No matter what your political views, leave it out of the food business because it will leave a bad taste in someone's mouth. I don't like that I remember what memorabilia they had over the food. The bread was amazing my sandwich was very very good though!
