Was Anonym at Pueblo Real a mag?
This Mexican restaurant is fantastic overall. Although the waiting area is small, they text you when your table is ready while you wait in your car, which is a nice touch. For me, the quality of the sauce is crucial, and they did not disappoint. Unlike other Mexican restaurants we've tried in Tennessee, which often serve subpar sauce, this place gets it right. What Anonym dislikes about Pueblo Real:
To the owners: our entire table agreed that the food did not meet the usual standards. The meat wasn’t as fresh as we’ve come to expect, and the entrees lacked both seasoning and that grilled sear and flavor we enjoy. We did enjoy our visit, primarily due to the great company. We chose not to mention our dissatisfaction with the food while we were at the restaurant, as we didn’t want to dampen our spirits for the nig... View all feedback.
My experience here was wonderful, chips were served warm and fresh, dips were delicious, and I ordered the Southwest Quesadilla in a spinach wrap (just because). It came out in a little more than 5 minutes, wicked fast, and it was so so good! I'm from Texas, so I'm a little picky about the salsa which was great but not exactly right, but everything else was top notch; the atmosphere, the service, the food, the time. Highly recommend.

I ordered beef and cheese enchiladas, and both were delicious, accompanied by excellent rice. I also tried the mango iced tea, and it was the best fruit iced tea I've ever had. My wife enjoyed beef and chicken taquitos, which she found delightful. We traveled all the way from Gallatin, and we will definitely be returning.
We wandered into this restaurant one cold, windy night after a competition. The ambiance as you walk in is very nice. The only thing I’d say is the waiting area is so small that we were on top of each other. There were 3 parties waiting and the wait time was about 30 minutes. It wasn’t as if all the tables were full because they could have joined tables together sooner to seat the customers. It just took some time to coordinate everything. The food was very flavorful. Service was ok.

Pretty good Mexican food considering it's in Tennessee. Chile relleno was decent, it had a large chile. Most of the beef is ground, but you can get carne asada if you ask. The asada was really good and they even brought out a better salsa than theyserve with the chips. Their refried beans are very good. This place is worth a visit, and if you want something a little moreauthentic, ask your server.
