We understand that staffing may be limited, but unless you're in the drive-thru or placing an order through the app, it can feel like you don't matter at all. A simple acknowledgment, such as "I'm sorry for the wait, someone will be with you shortly," can make a big difference.

I requested macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes, but I was told that macaroni couldn't be chosen as a side, despite the menu indicating that any two sides were available. Honestly, the price was already too high for what I was getting. I won't be spending any more money there as long as this is how they operate.
