I requested macaroni and cheese and mas... read more I ordered what I believe was the number 12, which was a three-piece dinner that the menu stated came with any two sides. I requested macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes, but I was told that macaroni couldn't be chosen as a side, despite the menu indicating that any two sides were available. Honestly, the price was already too high for what I was getting. I won't be spending any more money there as long as this is how they operate.

I would highly recommend this location to anyone. The staff was polite, helpful, and efficient, making it hard to find a better option.

The food was decent, but the chicken tenders seemed to have been cooked for some time and were a bit stale. It had been a while since my last trip to KFC, and I was taken aback by the prices. I understand that costs have gone up, but I found this particular KFC to be quite overpriced. Furthermore, the chicken tenders were on the small side, measuring only about 3 to 4 inches. I do enjoy KFC's chicken, but I don’t think I’ll be going back, as there are plenty of other places that offer better food for the price.

The manager was very nice and offered us some extra items when we came back to let him know an entire meal had been forgotten. Unfortunately, there was still a problem with the order—the original dish wasn’t as crispy as I had anticipated. Furthermore, it took a long time to place the order and even longer to receive our food. The chicken was lukewarm and tasted a bit stale. I've noticed a significant decline in food quality since my last visit to this location. Maybe they were having an off day. I’m giving it 3 stars because the staff was very kind, but otherwise, the low quality and long wait would have warranted a lower rating.
