Let's be honest here, it's jack in the box, I love the tacos(extra cheese is the key), I can't get enough. Lived in a state where the closest one was 45 mins away, and now I live where they are everywhere. Despite being on I diet, I still find a way to eat here at least once a week. Had a rude staff member at the drive thru window today. Barely spoke more than 2 words at a time, and glared as I thanked them and I had unbuckle my own seat belt to reach out for my order. She barely held it out 4 inches from her window.We were still shorted a taco. And conveniently wasn't given a reciept for us to do an actual survey on them.The other times with other staff has been okay but this one puts me off fr... View all feedback.
Horrible service ! Had to repeat everything like 4 times in drive thru she had horrible attitude did not ask us what type of fries did not ask us if we wanted any ketchup nothing . Lady working drive thru does not seem like she wants to be working there ! We ended up leaving somewhere else . If I could give it less stars I would !
Don't even try to go to this place after 10:00 p.m. the employees just sit on their cell phones and refuse to take orders from either the drive-thru or the takeout window

Usually it's ok. Some of the employees have attitudes. Ended up leaving the drive thru without any food after waiting 15 minutes for anyone to take our order and then kept being rude while I was trying to place our order. It wasn't super busy.
It's Jack in box. Not sure what else to say. Haven't had in forever and I tired the spicy chicken meal and it was good. Nice and spicy.
