That's why I gave them 2 stars for service. I also rated them 3 stars overall because I often have to drive to another Dunkin' location due to their early closing times.

I ordered a caramel iced coffee, and when I tasted it, it just seemed like regular iced coffee. I asked the woman who handed me my food if it was indeed a caramel iced coffee. She brought over the girl who made the drink, but all she did was shrug and say that it was a caramel iced coffee. I asked if I could get extra almond milk or caramel, and then she just walked away. When she returned, my drink looked exactly the same—she hadn't added anything to it at all.
