The meat used in our dishes appeared to be a very greasy. precooked mixture of ground beef and spices. In most Mexican restaurants this is reserved for tacos and other finger food but almost never for quesadillas, etc. . This explains why our meals came out in seconds along with the chips and salsa I ordered for munching on as we waited for our dinners. There are other restaurants in the area (they seem to close early) but I would be tempted to go back to this one for drinks and a little outdoor conversation just because the staff was so nice and it was clean.
