What D Simpson doesn't like about Hardee's:
Well don't get French fries from there. The food is great but to pay over 3 bucks for fries and get half just sucks. Horrible. When your shorted by an establishment, it makes you not to want to go back. Lack of management skills. View all feedback.
In the morning rush and baptism of customers, but the personal is ingenious and makes a short waiting period from the drive-thru. was very fast by hard workers in and out!
Food was good however the reason for 5 stars is the exceptional customer service. Ordered food for me and my co workers and the attendant at the speaker was extremely helpful and courteous. Then when I got to the window the lady was very friendly here as well,(I could tell from the voice it was two different women). The food didn't take long but as we were sitting there she asked me how the day was going and didn't complain at all even though they were clearly busy. I told her thanks for being awesome and definitely will be coming back. I know I can't expect this everytime but you always hear about the bad so I thought I'd share some good where it's due. Thank you so much!
Drove an hour to get Hardee's and the bread was hard and the burgers were burnt. It was all my husband wanted for our anniversary. We dont have one near us ?
Not happy. Slow drive through. Over 15-20 mins to get food.
I went there specifically for the Adult Swim toys. No mention or picture of the toys on the drive thru menu. Had to specifically ask for the toy. It made me very sad.?
