After we located it, this restaurant turned out to be delightful and amusing. The waitress was incredibly friendly. You’ll need to park behind a government building and then walk down the hill to reach the river. From there, there are steps and a ramp leading down to the boat. It’s definitely a unique experience, but not suitable for those with wheelchairs. View all feedback.
What Larry Lottes doesn't like about Riverboat Grill:
I had a wonderful experience dining right by the river. While the food was only mediocre, it was fresh. The service had an old-fashioned diner feel to it. Overall, I would rate the food a 2, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a solid 5. View all feedback.
Stopped by for lunch, waited about 15mins to be waited on 45mins for food. We were on a time schedule so we asked for our food to go. Another 10mins later we got our food. We left and once on the road opened the food. Ordered 2 chef salads. Both had shredded lettuce, 1 piece of sliced meat cut up and a little cheese. That was all! Nothing else the menu stated and they did not have any dressing or forks to even eat it with. Called to tell them about it and they simply said sorry. Paid $10 a piece. Was a total waste. Wish we would have had time to take it back.
Burger where burnt and had no seasoning. My son's chicken tenders where burnt. Either they had a different cook today or all the people doing good reviews are employees and employees family. The waitress was great and friendly I give her 5 stars but the cooking gets 0 stars.
Wonderful little place to get off the river and have a bite to eat. Friendly southern hospitality and great food! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10
