We got a to go order that cost $49.xx. We paid extra for an additional side of fried apples. We got to Versailles (12 miles away) and found that we didn't have it. Also, we were supposed to have biscuits with Country Dinner plate and that was missing too. We didn't get blackberry jam either like we requested. This is an awful lot to pay to have these mistakes. What Tommy Poole doesn't like about Cracker Barrel Old Country Store:
Disappointing experience. We went to this restaurant for dinner on Wednesday night and were seated at a table in the far corner near the kitchen. After waiting for approximately 10 minutes without anyone coming over to take our drink order or food, we decided to leave and eat elsewhere. It seemed like other couples also left for the same reason. View all feedback.
Our waiter was herbert and he was very attentive and made a great work overall. thanks to the others waiting with the supporters. felte, as if everyone had helped each other. great job cracker fass!
We enjoyed a delicious meal and our server, Jquan, was great!! Thank you! We dined on a Tuesday evening and were seated right away. Our host was so nice and so was the cashier. We didn't have any time to browse the store but they had some gorgeous clothing and gift items there. When in the area we will stop in again.
You know what you're getting here when you're coming. I don't eat here very often so I didn't know what to get and I just told My waitress what I wanted and she did her best to accommodate that. So I can appreciate it. I'd say we took a little bit too long to wait but we were hungry and the end result was we were full.
Food great as always! However I need to speak to our server, Beckie. She was fabulous, they were very busy on this visit but she was very friendly, yet professional. She made this visit truly memorable.
I called the store 3 times to place a to-go order and no one answered the phone and on the 4th time they hung up the phone before I could say anything. Finally I placed the order online. There was no option for a bowl of pinto beans (at least I couldn't find it) so I finally ordered a vegetable plate all pinto beans. The food was good but the service was terrible.
