The person working the drive-thru and answering phones on 09/30 at 9:45pm was extremely rude. Despite the restaurant being open and having no customers in the drive-thru, we waited for 10 minutes at the speaker before calling to remind them to take our order. They were unprofessional when we asked if they were still open. View all feedback.
Kayla is a great manager who takes care of her customers. eating was hot and tastes great. it is also nice to go in the position and sit down to eat their food again.

Arby's got great goods. they fit my very tight budget. I'm on a hindrance, so I need every break I can get. also the customer service was very satisfied.
Great food and very friendly/respectful workers here. Overall 5 star service.
Everytime I go there the order is wrong.The managers are nice about fixing the problem but the people in drive thru make it clear that you are holding up the line
