Dimitris - FRANKFORD

This restaurant has the worst food I have ever tasted. The quality significantly declined after the pandemic, with dishes seemingly made from frozen ingredients. The service is also lackluster at best. My family and friends have decided to never return. While I anticipate the owner might apologize and offer a free meal, I am not interested in experiencing more of the same disappointment.

Upon entering the restaurant, we immediately felt at ease and were greeted by the fantastic smell of pizza. Our server, Amanda, was very friendly and we enjoyed her company throughout our meal. The food was excellent, especially the pizza and souvlaki dinner. Although we weren't big fans of the french fries, the overall quality of the food at this establishment more than made up for it. We will definitely be returning in the future.

My family and I recently moved to Frankford, and after a tiring day of unpacking, we decided to try out Dimitri’s Restaurant. We didn't have high expectations for a small town eatery, but we were completely blown away by the amazing food and exceptional service from our server, Jessica. I ordered my usual Hamburger, which was only $10 and surprisingly came with fries - no need to add on extra! The burger and fries were cooked to perfection, just the way I like it. My wife opted for the Chicken Souvlaki, which she raved about and couldn't even finish the generous portion. The wine was also served at the perfect temperature. We were so impressed that we will definitely be returning to Dimitri’s in the near future. In addition, the pizza at the table next to us looked absolutely delicious, so we can’t wait to try that next time as well.

We waited over an hour before finally inquiring with our waiter on the status of our order. He said he would check and did not return to give us any update. When the food finally arrived the wings that we had requested be prepared with the sauce on the side came swimming in hot sauce. When we pointed this out to the waiter we were met with a blank stare. They were inedible. The souvlaki, rice and potatoes were tasteless with no seasoning what so ever. One waitress hollered from behind the bar to a table across the room holding a conversation with no regard to other patrons. We were by no means expecting fine dining having eaten lunch here before, but tonight’s experience was nothing short of terrible, if I could give zero stars I would. All I can do is never return and never recommend!

Clean restaurant with attentive and courteous staff. We felt welcomed and appreciated during our stay. The gluten free pizza was delicious! Definitely will return another time.
