This simply shouldn't happen in a food establishment. It's completely unhygienic and, frankly, disgusting. It's especially disappointing because you expect basic hygiene standards to be met. I took photos and expect this to be rectified immediately. Under these circumstances, I won't be returning.

Cleanliness is rather mediocre, and some ingredients aren't quite as fresh; therefore, two stars deducted.

The st... read more I finally went back to Subway today after the renovation – and I have to say, I'm really impressed! The place looks great, everything is clean and tidy. The staff is very friendly, professional, and clearly knows what they're doing. You can tell they're doing a lot of work here. The ingredients were freshly prepared, and the food tasted really good – definitely much better than before. I'm so glad Subway has reopened. I'll definitely be back!
