Horrible experience, I ordered an endive pastry and it was black and had a bad taste, and my pastry was all broken, I paid a lot and it was rubbish! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R$20–40 Food: 1
I love going there. And I don't even like pastries, I go there to eat my favorites: meat and mahid1 The order doesn't take long. The guys in the kitchen were all wearing hats and gloves, where it's prepared is on a transparent video, so you kind of follow along. The juices are wonderful too. Unfortunately there was an error when delivering the order, there was a pastry missing. However, the service was super fast and efficient to resolve this situation, the attendant Letícia understood my problem and was willing to resolve it as soon as possible! Unfortunately, I wasn't able to receive the pastry at my home, as it doesn't serve my region other than through Ifood. But the attendant was willing to talk to the boss to reimburse me, without having to go through the bureaucracy of the ifood platform.
