They charged us for our order but since their system was down they never actually got the order! Which we didn 't find out until waiting 2 hours for our food. When we called they were incredibly rude. What a shame, I 've loved this place for 12 years! 9 pm, we finally got our cold pizza and frankenfish instead of salmon!?
Superb pizza, efficient and professional service with a smile. Without a doubt worthy of it 's title as 'The best Pizza in Flushing ', i will be returning again soon.
Today, my son was charged $8.00 for two slices of pizza by an elderly man with white hair at the counter. My son struggles with writing, and when the man saw his signature on the receipt, he made a derogatory comment about it resembling a 4th grader's handwriting. This behavior is unacceptable, and both the man and Matese restaurant should be ashamed of their poor customer service. We will not be returning to Matese, and it is completely unacceptable to insult a customer with a disability. This incident occurred on 7/17/2023.

So delicious, so good, so amazing!Thai iced tea was Perfect refresher, with just the right amount of Sweet, not over done. It was my first-time ordering from here and I couldn't be more pleased! I ordered 3 large pizzas last weekend for some friends and I to watch the masters and it was delicious. The pizzas were hot when I picked them up and the service was fantastic. I look forward to ordering from here again.
