I absolutely love this restaurant! The food is amazing, the service is superb, and the atmosphere is beautifully relaxing. The lobster rolls are exceptional, and the crab rolls are tasty as well, although I’d recommend adding warm butter to enhance the flavor. Everything I’ve tried has been delicious, so I really have no complaints. This was my second time dining at this chain, and I was equally impressed both visits... View all feedback.

I did enjoy my clam chowder, the stuffies were ok wasn't that impressed. The haddock did taste good thought i would have had at least 2 pieces of fish for the price they charge you. And my husband said his plate cost to much for 6 pieces of shrimp and some fries. View all feedback.
My daughter has to be on a FODMAP diet, and the server was excellent at verifying that her dietary needs were not allergy related. He remembered she couldn't have gluten, and when she ordered green beans, he had them come out steamed, rather than szchetuan style as there was gluten in the sauce. When my vegetables did not come out hot, they were happy to replace them with fresh, hot ones. We didn't feel rushed and the food was brought out with perfect timing. Legal Sea Foods in Framingham reminds me of a line from The Dark Knight. You either die a hero, or live long enough to see yourself turn into a villian. From 2012-2020, this was one of my favorite restaurants. I even had my high school graduation party here for private dining. It was our go to family gathering place whenever we had a birthday. We most recently went there this summer for my cousin's graduation. The service took noticeably long, with 30 minutes passing before we even received our appetizers. I remember he ordered the fish and chips and barely ate half he was so displeased. How the heck does a seafood restaurant mess up a basic staple like fish and chips? If you're looking for seafood, come on, you're in New England with a plethora of hole in the wall seafood restaurants that blow the current iteration of Legal Sea Foods out of the water. Pun very much intended. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Great place! Thank you. We had no expectations, although we were completely surprised! Everything was amazing! We had oysters, mussels, Legals Signature Crab Cake Combo, Clam Chowder- we recommend everything!
I had a wonderful lunch here with my mom a few days ago!! You would never think you were on the side of route 9 in Framingham. It is so well decorated, I love the nautical ties on the windows. The bar is gorgeous, the high ceilings and natural light also add a lot to the eating atmosphere. The oysters were AMAZING!! The Kung Pao Chicken (I think that?s what it?s called? would have been better if it was grilled, not fried. The Tuna Poke was absolutely exquisite!! The fish was so fresh. If I were to make a change, it would be the chips. The purple tortillas did not go with the fish. Overall though. the food was absolutely amazing!! Our waitress was attentive and kind. I do wish the fish tank inside was working. The image of the fish looks tacky, if the fish tank gets fixed and the aquarium is kept again like it once was, it will add a lot to the aura of the restaurant and is a welcoming presence when you walk in. If the fish tank gets fixed the restaurant will be a 10/10. Great experience, great food! I will be back!
