I recently visited Marlborough Rte 20 and utilized the drive-thru, where I received my order and was on my way in just 3 minutes. The owner, who also owns two other locations, provides excellent and courteous service. Despite potential slowness, customers can trust that their orders will be taken care of efficiently as soon as they enter the shop. The new episode at Honey Dew Donuts on June 6, 2022 showcased some changes, including new sandwich options and summer drinks, as well as updated staff within the last month. Reliability is key, especially in the mornings at donut shops. The coffee is consistently delicious and hot, making it a great choice for morning or midday breaks. Overall, I appreciate the positive changes and consistency I have experienced at Honey Dew Donuts. Thank you.

I have been going to Marlborough Rte 20 through the drive-thru and my orders are always ready quickly. The staff is polite and efficient, taking orders as soon as customers enter the store. While it can get slow at times, customers are able to find their charges and money without much delay. The menu has changed slightly with a new sandwich and summer drinks available. The new staff hired in the past month has improved reliability at the store. The coffee is always hot and delicious, making it a great spot for morning or lunchtime treats. The service at this restaurant was disrespectful, impatient, and eye-rolling when asked questions. The donuts were dry and stale, making for a frustrating and disappointing experience. I recommend going to Dunkin' Donuts instead.

I really enjoy getting the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich from this restaurant. The bagels are incredibly soft and the drinks are also quite good. I ordered a raspberry iced tea and it was delicious.
