Five Guys Burgers And Fries

They have 4 of the 7 burgers I command wrong. not only the wrong number at which they all mixed together, so most of my family ended up with a burger they didn't want.

The food was tasty as usual and the staff quite efficient today.This location though had a significant cleanliness problem today with lots of dirty tables and food all over the floor. The covers on the baseboard heaters had fallen off along the window side making it a great hideout for the mouse I saw running along the heaters. He was in for a feast.This can be fixed and I told the staff what I’d seen before leaving. It was close to 3 pm when I arrived and this level of dirt was not reasonable with only 2 customers in the place. I hope they will recover soon but staff did not seem surprised by my report.

What the hell happened to this place? over the last couple months this location has been run horribly, and their food has been subpar… For a small little hamburger a little fry and a little Coke, spending over $15 for horrible service and a burnt burger, waited over half an hour to get my meal.

This used to be decent. Now, it's dirty, and the people taking your order barely understand English.

Location is clean enough, with good parking, and service was friendly and as fast as 5 guys gets (which is never fast, given their model).I love their food, and the quality remains high for what it is. I wanted to give it 3 stars, but I kept coming back to the food itself and how good it still is. My issue is the value. It 's now for what you get 14 for a little hamburger, fry, and soda. The little fry used to be somewhat ironic, but now it 's thimble size.I just can 't justify going to them any more, except on special occasions or when road tripping and there 's c*p else to eat. Too bad, inflation, so sad.
