As someone who doesn’t go here I asked per... read more Honestly I don’t frequent 5 guys due to prices but I was hungry didn’t want Mcdonald’s. A choice I quickly regretted. As someone who doesn’t go here I asked person at register what a patty melt was was told “a grill cheese with a burger patty” honestly she acted like I was bothering her. I asks if there was a small combo (fries drink) she shoved a cup in my hand gave me total. Apparently she had already rung it up. I simply paid. my “patty melt” was soggy gross. cheese was like the cheese you get at movies with nachos. I only got 1 bite. so to recap.. customer service horrible food gross I paid $20 to eat fries a couple peanuts!! noise level was staff talking loudly in kitchen Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I asked if they could turn down the music and was told that there was a camera on t... read more Last year I walked in and the music WAS SO LOUD THAT I HAD TO YELL MY ORDER. I asked if they could turn down the music and was told that there was a camera on the volume knob and if they touch it they get fired. I filled out the 'how was your visit ' form on the corporate website and a district manager got back to me and apologized saying that a customer should not have to be subject to such. A month ago the same thing happened, this time I was told that the volume knob was broken. I again filled out the 'how was your visit ' form and got zero response. I saw a phone number to call recently and called it and was told that someone would respond to my complaint. Nope. So in about a year they have gone from 'We will listen to our customers ' to 'we will ignore our customers '. But the food is still good so there is that. Service: Take out Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1 Dietary restrictions: Fries are gluten safe!

This location though had a significant cleanliness problem today with lots of dirty tables and food all over the floor. The covers on the baseboard heaters had fallen off along the windowside making it a great hideout for the mouse I saw running along the heaters. He was in for a feast. This can be fixed and Itold the staff what I?d seen before leaving. It was close to 3 pm when I arrived and this level of dirt was not reasonable withonly 2 customers in the place. I hope they will recover soon but staff did not seem surprised by my report.

If I bring in McDonald's do I get free burgers?? This happened on July 27th around 3:30p.m.
