Orders are often accurate and service is quick, but recurring problems — missing items, incorrect customizations, coupon/app errors, intermittent menu availability (oven issues) and a reported food‑handling lapse — undercut an otherwise convenient, friendly stop.

I often get this DD and they consistently get my order right (not true of many of the dunks I visited, they are consistently polite (which even ask you how your day on the drive thru more?! and fast. I don't even hesitate when I see a long line because they take orders and in no time, I have my order and can return to my busy life. Thank you to the great employees for the good work you do!
The staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to take orders quickly. I would have given them a five-star rating, but I've had some issues with a lady in the drive-thru recently who hasn’t applied my coupons or app rewards correctly. It's quite frustrating!
Fun small place for a dunkin'. Loves the Baskin Robbins/Dunkin' cups they have. Friendly workers too!
I indicated on the side of the cup how much milk I needed when I ordered a big hot coffee with hazelnuts. I requested for half a cup of milk, but they added less and it wasn't hazelnut. They completely blew it off!!!!!
The staff here are friendly and very helpful. While there have been reductions in operating hours across the board due to the pandemic, this location might offer extended hours. (The other restaurant in town has a drive-through that's open 24 hours, but it makes it difficult to see what menu items are left.)
