They enjoyed the meal, but unfortunately, I forgot to grab a receipt for... read more During a work trip in the area, I treated my team to food from Wendy's in Fowlerville. They enjoyed the meal, but unfortunately, I forgot to grab a receipt for reimbursement. Two months later, when my employer needed the receipt, I contacted Tim, the manager of Wendy's. He went above and beyond to help me by requesting a copy of my transaction from headquarters and emailing it to me. This exceptional customer service experience showed me that Tim is doing a great job. This may not be a typical fast food review, but I believe that customer service is an essential part of the overall dining experience. Thank you, Tim!
