During a work trip in the area, I treated my team to food from Wendy's in Fowlerville. They enjoyed the meal, but unfortunately, I forgot to grab a receipt for reimbursement. Two months later, when my employer needed the receipt, I contacted Tim, the manager of Wendy's. He went above and beyond to help me by requesting a copy of my transaction from headquarters and emailing it to me. This exceptional customer service experience showed me that Tim is doing a great job. This may not be a typical fast food review, but I believe that customer service is an essential part of the overall dining experience. Thank you, Tim!
I called the restaurant. There was no one at the drive-thru or inside. Despite not being busy, the workers did not answer the phone. Overall service rating: 1 star.

Be prepared to wait, very popular but if you pick the right times, (between 2-5pm) the wait isnt too bad. Friendly service.
